News and Nominations

The Ghost Wore Yellow Socks is now available in print through Amazon and Barnes and Noble. There is even a review up, so thank you for that -- always appreciated.

I've received an embarrassment of riches in the way of nominations for last year, and I'd like to say thank you for those.

At Love Romance Cafe:

Best GBLT Author 2008:

Josh Lanyon

Best Book All Around 2008:
Death of a Pirate King (Josh Lanyon) MLR Press/Loose Id

Best Alternative Lifestyle Book 2008:
Death of a Pirate King - Loose Id/MLR PRess

Best Mystery/Suspense (includes romantic suspense):
I Spy Something Bloody - Loose Id
Partners in Crime (Josh Lanyon & Sarah Black) Loose Id

You have to be a member of the Love Romance Cafe to vote --  the nominees are listed in the Polls section.

Then over at CAPA -- That's the Romance Studio's Cupid and Psyche Awards -- I'm up for:

Romantic Suspense category - Death of a Pirate King by Josh Lanyon (Loose Id)
Favorite Erotic Author category - Josh Lanyon
Psyche Award Nominee - Adrien English Mysteries by Josh Lanyon (Loose Id)

Not sure how the voting is done there...

(And I just noticed I need to post something over there to get my little graphic thingie which will look GREAT on my website. )

And last but not least over at Preditors and Editors, I've been nominated for Best Mystery Novel 2008.

So lots of fun, and very flattering -- thank you very much!

Here's what I'm working on at the moment -- The White Knight (sequel/prequel) to The Dark Horse. This one is exclusive to Loose Id. And I scrapped my story idea for Partners in Crime IV and started a new one called Lovers and Other Strangers -- which I am really enjoying. And I just about to dive into Somebody Killed His Editor. Yes, three, three, three projects in one! In one month. That's the plan anyway. And for once -- oddly enough -- I'm hugely (for the moment) enjoying all three projects. What gives?

And what is new with you as we head into this blank slate of a New Year?
