And, by the way, I better not ever find you using a question mark and exclamation point together except in jest.
Yes, I'm feeling better. I now have my voice back -- and can begin shooting my mouth off again.

kimnik winds up our week-long writing discussion with our final observations on her poisoned prose right here.
An interesting -- and amusing -- experiment for the Nikster and I. Hopefully you all found it of value as well.
Hope you're all having a terrific Sunday.

Let ME think about it.
Let me THINK about it.
Let me think about IT.
(Yeah, I KNOW what you're thinking about!)
Hey, is this morning the brilliant Alien Sex review sees the light of day?
And speaking of entertaining blogs, I understand Jessewave is interviewing Ally Blue this a.m.

But I thank you anyway, J. Ever the gentleman.
And brilliant? Er. Not so much, but TP and I made our own fun.
By the way how is DOAPK coming?! How much longer do I have to wait to read it?!
I think it's obvious by now that the book's never coming out. It's been one excuse after another: my wrist hurts; I have a cold; there's a malevolent ground squirrel on my lawn; blah, blah, blah. Just give up and find something else to read, that's my advice.
Doesn't everything? *g*
Hey, barring death or disaster, it'll be out on September 16th. I have rarely missed a deadline, the taunts and jeers of manic ground squirrels notwithstanding.
Hey. Looky here, son. I got the first chapters and the last chapters all written. It's just the pesky middle now.
how can you write - nonsequentially?
I always write from beginning to end. Though sometimes if my plot takes too many hairpin turns I have to go back and move this or that at the beginning...
Re: how can you write - nonsequentially?
It's a good thing he's a writer and not, for example, a bricklayer.
Re: how can you write - nonsequentially?
We all know you want it. Just let yourself go and admit it already.
It's okay. Exasperation is the sincerest form of flattery.
It's officially scheduled for September 16. And, yes, I know you need a review copy. Working on it.
Can I have a free copy if I promise not to review it?
Funny.
Welcome back to the land of the living.
What? But it makes the perfect chaser to my pineapple elixir.
We're not supposed to eat butter either, but I ignore that as well. There are just some things where I'm sure the doctor is right, but I can't follow advice...
I'm sure I will be typing my ?!'s from the hospital room even as they are preparing to Crack Open My Chest.
The weather continues fine. Glad to hear you're feeling better.
(BTW Lisabea? On you ?! is a fashion accessory and you should wear it often.)
Hey, there is just no arguing with some people's muses.
Earthquake
Re: Earthquake
No. We had just reached the...hmmm...is this going to be a problem? point when everything simmered down again.
For now.
Now there's a sales slogan if I ever heard one. *g*
I hope you will stay fine!
Thanks! And you as well.
